Do I need to sign up for an account?

Yes, because there are some good reasons to do so. You can save your personal information, favorite items, and payment data for faster shopping in the future. You can also save multiple shipping addresses and check the status of your orders and shipments.

How do I make a purchase?

You can place your order here online on our website. If you want to do online shopping via our official website:
  1. Create My Account by clicking the button at the top right of the page.
  2. Go to the product page you like.
  3. Select the number of items you wish to purchase and click the Add to Cart button.
  4. Choose your payment method and click Checkout.
Enter your payment details on the secure page. You will receive an order confirmation email once your order has been successfully placed.

Does Hobufa have a showroom? Can I come in person and purchase items from the showroom?

Yes, our studio is open from Monday to Friday. The opening hours are as follows:

Monday-Friday: 8 AM - 4.30 PM

We welcome everyone`s visits, however it would be more effective if you make an appointment by contacting us immediately.

How does Hobufa’s delivery service work?

Most furniture is currently delivered to the customer’s home and assembled and installed there.

When I make a purchase, how long does the delivery process take?

Eight to ten weeks for a custom-made furniture, and two to three weeks for stock items.

Will I receive my entire order at once?

What you ordered will be delivered simultaneously. We will schedule delivery for the most expeditious time if some of your items are temporarily out of stock. If you need your items shipped by a certain date, please contact us to arrange an earlier shipment.

What if I am not available during the specified working hours/delivery hours?

You can choose an alternate recipient to take delivery of your order on your behalf if you cannot be present. Before signing the delivery order, the authorized signatory must verify that the delivered goods and location are in satisfactory condition. Once a delivery order has been declared complete, we cannot accept claims of error.

How can I track my package once it has been shipped?

What to prepare for on delivery day?

Waiting for your shipment? Here`s what you need to do to get ready:

  1. Ensure the place you plan to put your new item is clean and has enough space for assembly.
  2. On delivery day, you`ll get a message when the team is on site in about 30 minutes.
  3. Check in advance if you need Insurance for the package if you live in an apartment building.
  4. We will bring the box to your front door if you choose delivery to the front door. If you live in a multi-unit apartment building that only allows people who live there, our team will bring you to the nearest safe point to your home. Please let us know in advance if you live in a walk-up apartment.
  5. For orders that require assembly, our team will come to your home wearing masks if you request.

How to Measure Your Space ?

On each product page, you can find the size of the object and its box. We recommend measuring your space first to know if the product will fit and can be moved quickly to the right place. In general, the width of the door should be greater than the height of the box. Some other things to think about are:

  1. Objects blocking the door
  2. Areas that are enclosed
  3. Hallways or doors in the building
  4. Stairs (including how long they are)
  5. How high is the elevator?

How long is the warranty for furniture?

We have a business warranty that lasts for 5 years. To find out more, please click on our 5-year warranty page.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Once an order is confirmed, it will automatically go into the queue at our workshop to be worked on. This means you cannot change or cancel the order. If you need to make changes to or cancel your order, please contact our Customer Service directly within 3 days after you place your order.

What if I want to file a complaint?

Everyone on our staff is professional and genuinely interested in helping you. We are committed to providing high quality and reliable products, and we also want you to have the best experience when using them. If you have any questions or concerns, please send an email to [email protected] and we will respond as soon as possible.

How do I return an item?

All sales are final unless something else is agreed upon at the time of purchase. If possible, you may be allowed to send the item back. Please see Returns for further details.

What if my furniture is damaged or not working properly?

If your order arrives damaged upon delivery, you must inform our staff at the time of delivery. You must check all your items before our store employees leave your home. Please see Returns for more details.

I received the item, but it is not what I wanted. Can I send it back?

If you are not satisfied with the item you purchased, you can send it back within 7 days and get a full refund. But you cannot return items that have been altered or custom-made for you. Returns is where you can find out more.

We accept payments via credit cards, cheque, direct bank, and Cash on Delivery.

Do you provide material samples?

Sure, we can provide some samples for you to check at home first. We will be happy to send you up to five free material and fabric samples at your request. Please visit this link for more details about samples.

Why are certain fabrics available in some designs, but not others?

All styles in our collection can be made using most of our fabric options. For certain styles, we`ve narrowed down the fabric choices that we know will hold up best over time. If you see a fabric you like but it`s not available on the sofa or chair you`re interested in, contact us and we`ll help you find something similar.
